Hints:
First, for young generations: What do you mean by “Star of the day?” All stars are always there in the sky? What is the relevance of knowing Star and how is it related to a day??!
Thousands of years ago Yogis found out the influence of planetary movements over our mind and how thoughts trigger actions and how actions trigger Karma! In pursuit of this knowledge, the influence of the Stars were discovered.
During any particular day / time, from the location of the place where the event occurs, if we draw a straight line to the moon – the cluster of star that passes through this line is known as the Nakshatra of the day / time – for that place.
We do understand that tracking the Nakshatra positions is a herculean task – that too for events that happened thousands of years ago! But with modern astronomical software written for astrology apps(!!) – we do have a chance of finding them if we get some clue on a starting point (day).
What we are going to share is not a starting point, but a parallel reference that we can give – identifying the starting point can be left for your own research project or for a bigger platform. In what “Thithis” these events happened are:
- Kara Chaitra Sukla Navami
- Kara Chaitra Sukla Dasami
- Kara Chaitra Sukla Ekadasi
- Kara Chaitra Sukla Paurnami
- Kara Vaisaka Sukla Ekadasi
